Sean Faris

Texan Sean Faris began modeling as a teenager in his adopted home of Cleveland, Ohio. In 2000, after graduating from high school, he moved to Los Angeles in the hopes of leveraging his modeling success into a career in acting. Faris kicked off his Hollywood career with appearances in an indie action movie and a recurring role as Darren on MTV's eyebrow-raising teen soap "Undressed." He played a prom king in 2004's junior chick-flick "Sleepover" and then landed a role as the eldest son to a family of 20 in "Yours, Mine and Ours," a 2005 remake of a film starring comic legend Lucille Ball and based on the same true story of divorcées who marry and struggle to integrate their respective broods. In 2004, he earned the lead in the short-lived but well-regarded teen dramedy "Life As We Know It." Co-created Gabe Sachs, a former staff writer from critical favorite "Freaks and Geeks," the show saw Faris in his first lead role. After its cancellation he played heir Craig Brewster on FOX's failed mystery series "Reunion." In 2008, his breakout year, he ended his detour in family films to star as a troubled high-school rugby star in 2008's "Forever Strong" and as a troubled mixed-martial artist in "Never Back Down." Faris continues to do print modeling work while acting in films, on televison, and in video games.
