Scott Terra
Bitten by the film bug at the age of seven, actor Scott Terra quickly acquired an agent and began appearing in commercials and on soap operas such as "Guiding Light." He made his feature debut in the 1998 drama "Shadrach" as a young Southern boy growing up in the 1930s. The next year he guest-starred on the fantasy drama "Charmed" as a child kidnapped by demons, earning the first of three Young Artist Award nominations. His film career heated up with the 2002 horror flick "Eight Legged Freaks," in which he co-starred as Mike, a young spider enthusiast who finds himself in hot water when his town is overrun by mutant arachnids. After holding his own on a set filled with real insects, Terra took on the part of young Matt Murdock in the 2003 comic book adaptation "Daredevil," playing the child version of Ben Affleck's superhero. Another notable part came in the same year's comedy "Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star" as Sam Finney, a young man adopted by David Spade's title character in an attempt to belatedly create a family for himself. Despite the high-profile supporting part, Terra's subsequent has been sparse, having logged only two television guest parts in the years since.
