Scott McGinnis
Scott McGinnis rose to fame as an actor, gracing the silver screen many times over the course of his Hollywood career. In the early stages of his Hollywood career, McGinnis acted in comedies like "Joysticks" (1982), "Wacko" (1983) starring Joe Don Baker and "Racing With the Moon" (1984) with Sean Penn and Elizabeth McGovern. He also appeared in the Judd Nelson film "Making the Grade" (1984). He also appeared in the TV movie "Survival of Dana" (CBS, 1978-79). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the comedy "Secret Admirer" (1985) with C. Thomas Howell, "Thunder Alley" (1985) and "3:15" (1986). During the latter part of his career, he tackled roles in the drama "The Boost" (1988) with James Woods. He also was featured in the TV movies "Exile" (NBC, 1989-1990) and "Storm and Sorrow" (Lifetime, 1990-91). Most recently, McGinnis directed "Angel" (WB, 1999-2004).
