Sarah Purcell

Sarah Purcell boasted an impressive roster of roles for television movies and specials throughout the course of her entertainment career as an actress. She also appeared in the TV movie "A Guide For the Married Woman" (ABC, 1978-79). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "Battle of the Network Stars VII" (ABC, 1979-1980) and "Celebrity Challenge of the Sexes" (CBS, 1979-1980). She worked in series television while getting her start in acting, including a part on "The Big Show" (NBC, 1979-1980). In the eighties, Purcell devoted her time to various credits, such as "Real Kids" (NBC, 1980-81), "Terror Among Us" (CBS, 1980-81) and "The Shape of Things" (NBC, 1981-82). She also worked on "Emergency Room" (1982-83). Purcell continued to exercise her talent in the eighties and the nineties, taking on a mix of projects like "A Day to Care For the Children" "Public People -- Private Lives" and "Farm Aid IV" (The Nashville Network, 1989-1990). Her credits also expanded to "Walt Disney World Very Merry Christmas Parade" (ABC, 1990-91) and "Real People Reunion Special" (NBC, 1991-92). Purcell more recently acted on "The Naked Truth" (1995-98).
