Sandy Gore

Actress Sandy Gore was widely known for her presence on the silver screen. Gore started off her acting career mostly in film roles, appearing in the action movie "Dead Easy" (1982) with Scott Burgess, "Moving Out" (1982) with Vince Colosimo and "Norman Loves Rose" (1982). Gore worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "Prisoner: Cell Block H" (1979-1980). She continued to act in productions like "Street Hero" (1984), the Genevieve Picot dramatic biopic "Undercover" (1984) and "I Can't Get Started" (1985) with John Waters. She also appeared in the romance "Outback" (1988) with Jeff Fahey. During the latter half of her career, she continued to act in the Colin Friels thriller "Grievous Bodily Harm" (1989), "Luigi's Ladies" (1989) and the Nick Nolte drama "Lorenzo's Oil" (1992). She also was featured in the TV movie "Paws" (HBO, 1998-99). Gore most recently acted in the dramatic period piece "Australia" (2008) with Nicole Kidman.
