Sandra Hess
Starting out as a model, Swiss-born actress Sandra Hess transitioned to film and television during the 1990s. After various small parts, Hess landed the major role of Sonya Blade in the 1997 action flick "Mortal Kombat: Annihilation" and proceeded to play a villain in the 1998 TV movie "Nick Fury: Agent of Shield." The same year, she joined the cast of the military drama "Pensacola: Wings of Gold," where she met her future husband, actor Michael Trucco. Following stints on soap operas such as "General Hospital" and the procedural drama "NCIS," Hess opted to maintain a lower profile, but did resurface for a 2012 episode of "CSI: NY."
