Samantha Hanratty

Sammi Hanratty had her heart set on acting at the age of two and the talent to back it up. With a slew of corporate sponsors at her back, she spent her early years between the margins of TV greats. Her appearances on two commercials for a prominent potato chip company were so ubiquitous that she became colloquially known as the "Pringles Girl." Major success wasn't far behind, however; at just 10 the young starlet made guest appearances on the bewitching drama "Charmed," the teen sitcom "Drake and Josh," and the malady mystery series "House M.D." In 2006, Hanratty landed a recurring role on the Disney channel favorite "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" and made her feature debut in the adventure blockbuster sequel to "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest." Though she went uncredited for that bit part, soon after she portrayed the title character of the made-for-TV family movie "An American Girl: Chrissa Stands Strong." Hanratty prominently appeared in six episodes of the short-lived forensic fairytale "Pushing Daisies," and in a recurring role of "The Unit," a military procedural that also featured her sister, Danielle. In 2009, Sammi voiced three characters in the animated adaptation of the holiday classic "A Christmas Carol." A three-time Young Artist Award nominee, she is also a supporter of the Starlight Children's Foundation charity.
