Sam Hunt, born Samuel Lowry Hunt, in Cedartown, Georgia, is a celebrated country music singer-songwriter known for blending traditional country sounds with modern pop influences. Hunt initially gained recognition as a songwriter, penning hits for artists such as Kenny Chesney ("Come Over"), Keith Urban ("Cop Car"), and Billy Currington ("We Are Tonight").
