Ryan Alexander McDonald

Ryan McDonald was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. He also was featured in the miniseries "Christy: Choices of the Heart" (2000-01). He had an early role on the television special "The Brady Girls Get Married" (NBC, 1980-81). He also appeared in the TV movie "Christy: The Movie" (ION Television Network, 2000-01). In the beginning of his Hollywood career, McDonald acted in films like the horror sequel "Halloween: Resurrection" (2002) with Tyra Banks. He then appeared in the Daniel Day-Lewis drama "The Ballad of Jack and Rose" (2005), the crime thriller "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" (2005) with Laura Linney and the Samuel L. Jackson dramatic adaptation "Resurrecting the Champ" (2007). McDonald continued to exercise his talent in the early 2000s, taking on a mix of projects like "Meet Dave" with Eddie Murphy (2008), "Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist" with Michael Cera (2008) and the John Cusack and Amanda Peet smash hit "2012" (2009). His credits also expanded to "Spread" (2009) starring Ashton Kutcher and "The Private Lives of Pippa Lee" with Robin Wright (2009). Most recently, McDonald appeared in "Good Morning, Killer" (TNT, 2011-12).
