Russell Hayden

Russell Hayden was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Hayden landed roles in various films, including "Texas Trail" (1937), "North of the Rio Grande" (1937) and "Hills of Old Wyoming" (1937). He also appeared in "Hopalong Rides Again" (1937), "In Old Mexico" (1938) and "Bar 20 Justice" (1938). He continued to act in productions like "The Renegade Trail" (1939), "Law of the Pampas" (1939) and "Silver on the Sage" (1939). He also appeared in "The Showdown" (1940). In the latter part of his career, he continued to act in "Wide Open Town" (1941), "In Old Colorado" (1941) and "Minesweeper" (1943). He also appeared in the drama "Gambler's Choice" (1944) with Chester Morris and "Marshal of Gunsmoke" (1944). Hayden more recently acted in the Jon Hall western "Deputy Marshall" (1949). Hayden passed away in June 1981 at the age of 69.
