Russell Geoffrey Banks

Geoffrey Banks was an accomplished actor who led an impressive career, primarily on the big screen. Banks began his career with roles in the dramatic adaptation "Kes" (1970) with Lynne Perrie, "First Among Equals" (PBS, 1986-87) and "Agatha Christie's Poirot" (PBS, 1988-2013). Banks also appeared in "The Return of Sherlock Holmes, Series II" (PBS, 1988-89), "Calendar Girls" (2003) starring Helen Mirren and "The 5th Execution" (2011) starring Pawel Delag. He also worked on "Cam2Cam" (2014). More recently, Banks worked on the historical romance "Shanghai" (2015) with Gong Li.
