Rune Temte
Rune Temte is a Norwegian actor best known for his roles in the historical-drama series “The Last Kingdom,” and in Dexter Fletcher’s sports-comedy film “Eddie the Eagle,” opposite Hugh Jackman and Taron Egerton. More recently, Rune is known by adoring fans as 'Bron-Char’ in the feature film “Captain Marvel.”
Rune's television credits include “Rig45,” “The Machinery” and the Scandinavian hit comedy “Torpedos.” He also has a background in theater, classically at DSL in London and having starred in critically acclaimed stage productions across Scandinavia, including Shakespeare’s “Puck,” “Oberon” and “Hamlet.”
Rune's newest film credits include playing 'Anders' in Gil Kenan’s “A Boy Called Christmas,” alongside Kristen Wiig and Maggie Thomas. He can also be seen as the lead in the Norwegian historical action drama “The Riot” aka “Sulis 1907,” a true-story about the famous miner rebellion by Oscar nominated director Nils Gaup. Next, Temte will be seen in the independent feature film “Get Lost,” the modern-day reimagining of Alice & Wonderland starring Ella Bleu Travolta.
