Richard Tucker

Richard Tucker was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Tucker's earliest roles were in film, including "The Golden Cocoon" (1926), "Shameful Behavior?" (1926) and "Matinee Ladies" (1927). He also appeared in "The Bush Leaguer" (1927), "Dearie" (1927) and "Wings" (1927). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "Maker of Men" (1931), "Graft" (1931) and "A Holy Terror" (1931) with George O'Brien. He also appeared in the Loretta Young drama "Too Young to Marry" (1931). Toward the end of his career, he tackled roles in "Sing Sing Nights" (1934), "Take the Stand" (1934) and "The Road to Ruin" (1934). He also appeared in "The Countess of Monte Cristo" (1934) and the drama "Diamond Jim" (1935) with Edward Arnold. Tucker more recently acted in the Allan Jones biopic "The Great Victor Herbert" (1939). Tucker passed away in December 1942 at the age of 58.
