Reuven Bar
Reuven Bar was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Reuven Bar's early acting career mostly consisted of roles in various films, such as "Shadows of Tiran" (1968), the James Franciscus war "Hell Boats" (1969) and "Salamoniko" (1972). He also appeared in the action film "Mivtsa Yonatan" (1977) with Yehoram Gaon. He also was featured in the miniseries "Masada" (1980-81). He also appeared in the TV movie "A Whale For the Killing" (ABC, 1980-81). He also landed a role in the miniseries "Sadat" (1983-84). Following that project, Reuven Bar worked on mostly television programs, including "Casablanca" (1982-83), "Hail to the Chief" (ABC, 1984-85) and "Murder, She Wrote" (CBS, 1984-1996). He also starred in the TV movies "Getting Physical" (CBS, 1983-84) and "Steal the Sky" (HBO, 1987-88). He also was featured in the TV movie "The Rockford Files: A Blessing in Disguise" (CBS, 1994-95). He also worked in television during these years, including roles in "Seinfeld" (NBC, 1989-1998) and "Arli$" (HBO, 1996-2003). He also acted in films like "Moon Over Parador" (1988) and the Adam Sandler hit comedic action flick "You Don't Mess With the Zohan" (2008). Most recently, Reuven Bar acted on "Shameless" (Showtime, 2010-).
