THE BIGGEST LOSER · S12, E2Week 2
This week, the contestants learn that the gym will only be open three times a day, and each team will only have one two-hour time slot daily to work out. A donut temptation will help determine which team gets what slot, and then players have to learn to squeeze in their daily workouts just like in real life. Dr. Huizenga meets with contestants and their trainers for some sobering news about their medical conditions, and one player is shocked to learn what his real inner age is -- and that he is the sickest person at the ranch. Then all the teams use their weight to move a ball through a maze over water in a wild challenge that proves to be way harder than it looks. Later, another player is sent home after the weigh-in yields a very surprising number for one contestant. Host Alison Sweeney stars along with trainers Bob Harper, Anna Kournikova and Dolvett Quince.

THE BIGGEST LOSER · S12, E4Week 4
This week, the contestants are surprised by three special guests -- past season contestants Hannah Curlee, Adam Hurtado and Marci Crozier, who each visit and inspire the team that represents his or her respective age group. Then all the players are off to a wild weather challenge in which they have to race while battling the elements -- including wind, rain and snow -- to win coveted letters from home. The winning team receives an unexpected and very emotional bonus prize. Later, trainer Bob Harper takes his team to the pool for last chance workouts, where one player tries to overcome his fear of the water, while trainer Dolvett Quince pushes his team to new heights in the gym and trainer Anna Kournikova takes her team to a favorite spot -- the new "Biggest Loser" tennis court. In the end, the losing team at this week's weigh-in must decide who will be going home. Alison Sweeney hosts the series.

THE BIGGEST LOSER · S12, E12Week 11 - Makeover Week
In this eagerly-anticipated makeover episode, the five remaining players head off to a luxury spa to get pampered before shopping for stylish new clothes in Beverly Hills with fashion maven Jeannie Mai. Then in-demand Hollywood hairdresser Ken Paves crafts stylish new looks for the contestants before a limousine whisks them away to see Cirque Du Soleil's "Iris." But before the show begins, each player gets a heartwarming reunion with a loved one flown in to celebrate their big day and see their amazing transformation. Later, back to reality and the ranch, the contestants weigh in and one more is eliminated, leaving the final four players of the season.

THE BIGGEST LOSER · S12, E13Week 12
The stakes are higher than ever when all the contestants return to the same spot where they had their first challenge to compete in a marathon. For the first time in the show's history, the contestant who wins the race automatically becomes a finalist, eligible to compete for the $250,000 grand prize. But there's extra incentive because the first five players who finish the race will also get to split $50,000. The only way to guarantee a spot in the finals is to either win the marathon -- or be one of the contestants who stay above the red line at the weigh-in. In the end, the three finalists of season 12 will be revealed. Alison Sweeney hosts the series, and trainers Bob Harper, Anna Kournikova and Dolvett Quince also star.

THE BIGGEST LOSER · S12, E9Week 9
The competition heats up as host Alison Sweeney tells the remaining seven players that they will be competing in a pentathlon -- and they can only rely on themselves because this week, the game goes to singles. Contestants will earn points in each of the five events, which will test everything from speed to strength to nutrition knowledge. The pentathlon winner gets the coveted prize of immunity, while the loser gets a weigh-in disadvantage. The players get a very special surprise when eight-time Olympic medalist Apolo Ohno arrives to lead the contestants through their final event, motivating them each step of the way. Also, one of the trainers reveals details about their difficult childhood to a contestant who is struggling with trust issues. And later, the weigh-in is followed by the most emotional elimination of the season so far.
