Randy Kovitz
Randy Kovitz was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also was featured in the miniseries "Fresno" (1986-87). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Perfect Strangers" (ABC, 1985-1993). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Fast Company" (NBC, 1994-95). Following that project, Kovitz worked on the television programs "Arli$" (HBO, 1996-2003) and "Moloney" (CBS, 1996-97). Kovitz was nominated for an Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video For a Series Primetime Emmy Award for "Home Improvement" in 1995. In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "Judging Amy" (1999-2005), "The Time of Your Life" (Fox, 1999-2000) and "The Tick" (Fox, 2001-02). He also appeared in the Shailene Woodley smash hit dramatic adaptation "The Fault in Our Stars" (2014). Kovitz's distinctive voice can be heard on "The Roman Empire in the First Century" (PBS, 2000-01). Most recently, Kovitz acted in "Concussion" (2015) with Will Smith.
