Rachel Katherine Dipillo

Rachel Katherine DiPillo was born in Flint, MI. Although her first professional acting job was a somewhat thankless role as a recurring nameless character on the teen sitcom "Big Time Rush" (Nickelodeon 2009-2013), she soon enough began to find work that made good use of her talents. After padding the background yet again in the family film "Elle: A Modern Cinderella Tale" (2010), DiPillo joined the supernatural crime drama "The Gates" (ABC 2010) as teenage werewolf Lexie. The fantastical series was short-lived, however, leaving DiPillo to seek minor roles on "Law & Order: LA" (NBC 2010-11), "Revenge" (ABC 2011-15), and "Mad Men" (AMC 2007-2015), on which she played Sherry, a brief love interest of John Slattery's character Roger Sterling. From this point on, DiPillo found success of a greater caliber. She headlined the dramedy film "Hello, My Name Is Frank" (2014), playing a sociable young woman who befriends a loner with Tourette syndrome. Next, DiPillo joined the cast of the popular comedy series "Jane the Virgin" (The CW 2014-), playing a romantic rival to Gina Rodriguez's title character. Most notably, DiPillo debuted the character of Dr. Sarah Reese, medical intern, on the series "Chicago Fire" (NBC 2012-) before portraying the character regularly on the shared-universe series "Chicago Med" (NBC 2015-).
