Quinn Lord

Quinn Lord has been acting only since 2004, but he's already produced a prolific body of work in both television and feature films. One of his biggest roles was his star turn as a diminutive killing machine named Sam in the little-known but critically praised Halloween horror film "Treat 'r Treat." Sam loves chocolate, likes to wear a burlap sack over his (rather terrifying) head, and doesn't respond well to old fogies who don't have tasty treats to offer children on Halloween. The movie is genuinely scary but also full of big laughs, as the narrative is more of a tongue-in-cheek mish-mash of homages to classic horror films than a self-contained horror story in its own right. Lord has also served as a guest star on a wide array of TV series, such as "Smallville," which depicts the adolescent years of Superman, and "Supernatural," which portrays two brothers hunting paranormal beasts. In just the brief career he's had so far, Lord has appeared in small roles opposite big stars such as Benicio Del Toro (in the family drama "Things We Lost in the Fire") and Johnny Depp (in the surreal fantasy "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus").
