Poorna Jagannathan
Born in Tunis, Tunisia, Poorna Jagannathan is a producer and actress. Jagannathan attended the University of Brasília before graduating in journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park. On a scholarship, she began a Master of Fine Arts in acting at the Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University. Jagannathan has had recurring parts on several TV shows, including "Better Call Saul" (2018), "Big Little Lies" (2019) and "Ramy" (2019) Jagannathan initiated, produced and acted in a testimonial play called "Nirbhaya." It won the coveted 2013 Amnesty International Award In 2017, she played one of the leads in A24's film "Share." In 2018, Jagannathan lent her voice to three podcasts in the "Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls" series. Poorna Jagannathan portrayed Dr. Nalini Vishwakumar in "Never Have I Ever" (2020-23).
