Pisay Pao
Pisay Pao came into the world in the throes of great hardship, having been born in a refugee camp in Thailand in the midst of warfare in Cambodia. Pao and her family were lucky enough to escape these challenges soon enough; they moved to the United States when she was two years old, settling in Seattle, WA. Pao went on to on to study at University of Washington for one year before leaving to focus on her interests in fashion and the performing arts. She made her film debut in the romantic comedy "Simply FOBulous" (2005), and gradually took on additional acting parts over the following decade. Her next role came in the action-comedy "The Whole Truth" (2009), costarring alongside Elisabeth Röhm and Sean Patrick Flanery. After appearing in the comedy shorts "Your Lucky Day" (2010) and "Door to Door" (2012), Pao landed a starring role on the zombie apocalypse dramedy series "Z Nation" (Syfy 2014-). Pao played Cassandra, a mysterious young woman who joins the central team on their quest for survival.
