Peter Shinkoda
Peter Shinkoda was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He began his acting career with roles in the series "Stargate SG-1" (1997-2006), "Dark Angel" (Fox, 2000-02) and "The Dead Zone" (USA, 2001-07). He also appeared in the TV movie "The Real World Movie" (MTV, 2001-02). He also was featured in the miniseries "10.5" (2003-04). Shinkoda launched his entertainment career by acting in films like "If Looks Could Kill" (1991) with Richard Grieco. Several more television roles followed in the early 2000s, including stints on "Stephen King's Kingdom Hospital" (2003-04), "The L Word" (Showtime, 2003-09) and "Supernatural" (2005-). In the early 2000s, he acted in "Paycheck" (2003), the Will Smith blockbuster suspenseful adaptation "I, Robot" (2004) and the dramatic sports film "Miracle" (2004) with Kurt Russell. Shinkoda's more recent roles included the comedic drama "Man About Town" (2006) with Ben Affleck, the action picture "War" (2007) with Jet Li and the Aaron Taylor-Johnson box office smash action flick "Godzilla" (2014). He also worked in television during these years, including roles in "Falling Skies" (TNT, 2010-15) and "Hawaii Five-O" (CBS, 2010-). Most recently, Shinkoda appeared in "Marvel's Daredevil" (2014-).
