Peter Kern
Peter Kern was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Kern's earliest roles were in film, including the experimental "Heute Nacht Oder Nie" (1972) with Ingrid Caven, the Harry Baer dramatic biopic "Ludwig - Requiem Fur einen jungfraulichen Konig" (1972) and the drama "Falsche Bewegung" (1975) with Rudiger Vogler. He also appeared in "Sternsteinhof" (1976), "Die Wildente" (1976) and the Karlheinz Böhm drama "Fox and His Friends" (1976). He continued to act in productions like "Neues vom Rauber Hotzenplotz" (1979), "Die Wilden Fuenfziger" (1983) with Juraj Kurkura and "Der Wilde Clown" (1986). During the latter half of his career, he tackled roles in the Delphine Seyrig action picture "Johanna d'Arc of Mongolia" (1989), the drama "Malina" (1990) with Isabelle Huppert and "La Paloma" (1992). He also appeared in the comedy "Burning Life" (1994) with Anna Thalbach. Most recently, Kern acted in the Renato Berta foreign "Daniel Schmid - Le chat qui pense" (2010).
