Patrick Waltz
Jack Richard Waltz was an American film and television actor. He was credited in his first film as Philip Shawn. Waltz was born in Akron, Ohio, the younger of two sons born to Frank and Lucy Leona Waltz. Waltz attended Coventry High School. On May 29, 1943, aged 18, he enlisted in the U.S. military and served three years during World War II. He was discharged from service on April 7, 1946. He began his career in 1950, starring in the film The Sun Sets at Dawn, credited as Philip Shawn.
