Owen Teague
Owen Teague was an American actor who was best known for playing Nolan Rayburn on the Netflix crime drama "Bloodline" (Netflix, 2015-). Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Teague was inspired to become an actor after watching the 1991 animated Disney classic "Beauty and the Beast." After watching the film over and over again, Teague's parents got him involved in a local theater company based in Tampa. Before long he was starring in community plays, and eventually started to audition for film and TV roles. In the early 2010s Teague began landing guest spots on TV shows like "Malibu Country" (ABC, 2012-13) and "NCIS: Los Angeles" (CBS, 2009-). He nabbed his first film role in 2013 in the family drama "Contest", and quickly followed that role up with additional film parts in "Echoes of War" (2015) and "Wild in Blue" (2015). Then in 2015 Teague landed his breakout TV role when he joined the cast of the Netflix crime drama "Bloodline." Teague played Nolan Brayburn on the series, which was set and filmed in his home state of Florida. "Bloodline" was critically acclaimed when it premiered in 2015, with Teague in particular being singled out for his noteworthy performance. In addition to "Bloodline," Teague continued appearing in films. In 2015 he played young Walt Disney in the biographical drama "Walt Before Mickey" (2015) and also nabbed a supporting role alongside John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson in the horror film "Cell" (2016), which was based on a novel by Stephen King.
