Noel Ferrier

Actor Noel Ferrier was widely known for his presence on the silver screen. Ferrier's earliest roles were in film, including "Demonstrator" (1971), the comedy "Private Collection" (1972) with Peter Reynolds and the comedy "Alvin Purple" (1974) with Graeme Blundell. He also appeared in "Alvin Rides Again" (1974) starring Graeme Blundellthe Simon Drake family adventure "Avengers of the Reef" (1974) and the Jack Thompson thriller "Scobie Malone" (1975). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the action flick "Deathcheaters" (1976) with John Hargreaves, "Eliza Fraser" (1976) and "Turkey Shoot" (1981). He also appeared in the historical romance "The Year of Living Dangerously" (1982) with Mel Gibson and the comedic fantasy "The Return of Captain Invincible" (1983) with Alan Arkin. During the latter part of his career, he continued to act in the drama "Great Expectations - The Untold Story" (1987) with John Stanton, "Backstage" (1988) with Laura Branigan and "Paradise Road" (1997) with Glenn Close. He also was featured in the TV movie "The Munsters' Scary Little Christmas" (Fox, 1996-97). Ferrier most recently produced the Miranda Otto thrilling adaptation "The Well" (2000).
