Nathan Jung

Nathan Jung was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Jung began his acting career with roles in sitcoms like "M*A*S*H" (CBS, 1972-1983) and "Dear John" (NBC, 1988-1992). He also appeared in the TV movie "Murder in Paradise" (NBC, 1989-1990). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the nineties, appearing on "Hangin' With Mr. Cooper" (1992-97), "Burke's Law" (CBS, 1993-95) and "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" (1993-97). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the action picture "Darkman" (1990) with Liam Neeson. Jung focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Ernie Reyes Sr. comedy adventure "Surf Ninjas" (1993), "The Shadow" (1994) and "Beverly Hills Ninja" (1997) with Chris Farley. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Martial Law" (CBS, 1998-2000). Jung most recently acted in the Meredith Scott Lynn comedy "Finishing the Game" (2007). Nathan Jung died April 24, 2021. He was 74.
