Vivian takes time off from work to deal with her health problems and tries to act brave before her family and colleagues. Her deeply concerned team members attempt to focus on their case of a missing psychic, Agnes (Alexandra Lydon - "24"). The young woman's associate, Rebecca (Natacha Roi), divulges that Agnes recently sought her professional guidance regarding how to handle a man who was angry with her. Jack, Samantha, Martin and Danny try to determine if he's the same man who burst into one of Agnes' readings and yelled at her. A neighbor reported that he heard Agnes get pushed down the stairs, furthering the theory that Agnes may have known her abductor. Even though the team doesn't have many leads, the agents are hesitant to investigate Rebecca's vision of a frantic Agnes in a van.
