Naoto Takenaka
Naoto Takenaka began his acting career appearing in various films, such as the drama "226" (1989) with Kenichi Hagiwara, "So Howato" (1989) and the drama "Shinde Mo II" (1992) with Shinobu Ohtake. He also appeared in "A Night in Nude" (1995) and "The Mystery of Rampo" (1995). He continued to act in productions like "Sanmon Yakusha" (2000), the period drama "Soseiji" (2000) with Masahiro Motoki and "Rendan" (2001). He also appeared in the sports comedy "Waterboys" (2001) with Satoshi Tsumabuki. In his more recent career, he tackled roles in the dramedy "Ping Pong" (2007) with Yosuke Kubozuka, the Masahiro Motoki foreign "Ye. Shanghai." (2007) and the Tomohisa Yamashita foreign "Eiga: Kurosagi" (2008). He also appeared in the Keisuke Koide sci-fi picture "Cyborg Girl" (2008) and "Maboroshi no Yamataikoku" (2008). Most recently, Takenaka acted in "Hara-Kiri: Death of a Samurai" (2012) with Ebizô Ichikawa.
