Mystikal brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Mystikal worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Any Given Sunday" (1999) starring Al Pacino, "Dangerous Ground" (1997) and "Direct Effect" (MTV, 2000-01). He also contributed to "Fashionably Loud 2000" (MTV, 2000-01), "Hot Boyz" (2000) starring Gary Busey and "L.A. Without a Map" (1999). In the early 2000s, Mystikal's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like "The Original Kings of Comedy" (2000) with Steve Harvey, the Orlando Jones crime drama "Double Take" (2001) and "Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles" (2001) with Paul Hogan. Mystikal's music was also featured in the drama "Crossroads" (2002) with Britney Spears, "The New Guy" (2002) and the comedic sports movie "Juwanna Mann" (2002) with Miguel A Nunez Jr. His music was also featured in "The Hot Chick" (2002) with Rob Schneider and the Leon Black drama "Bullet Boy" (2004). Mystikal's music was most recently featured in the Jason Bateman blockbuster comedy "Identity Thief" (2013).
