Monica Parker

Monica Parker was an actress who graced the silver screen many times throughout her Hollywood career. Parker had an early acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the comedy "The Merry Wives of Tobias Rouke" (1972) with Henry Beckman, "Improper Channels" (1979) and "The Woman in Red" (1984). She also appeared in the comedy "He's My Girl" (1987) with T K Carter and the Kathleen Turner comedic adaptation "Switching Channels" (1988). She also appeared in the TV movie "Stand By Your Man" (CBS, 1980-81). She kept working in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, starring in the George Segal comedy "All's Fair" (1989) and the comedy adaptation "The Road to Wellville" (1994) with Anthony Hopkins. Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Miracle on I-880" (NBC, 1991-92). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Martial Law" (CBS, 1998-2000). She also was featured in the TV movies "At the End of the Day: The Sue Rodriguez Story" (Lifetime, 1998-99) and "The Color of Love: Jacey's Story" (CBS, 1999-2000). Parker most recently acted on "Defiance" (Syfy, 2012-15).
