Gordon and Bullock continue to investigate the Ogre (guest star Milo Ventimiglia) who begins to make his move on someone close to Gordon. Meanwhile Bruce and Selina team up to expose a corrupt Wayne Enterprises employee and Nygma comes to Kristin Kringle's (recurring guest star Chelsea Spack) defense.

Frank questions whether a run-in with community activists was an accident or a setup. Also, Jamie strives to rely less on Frank's input to makes decisions, Erin helps Anthony protect his daughter and ex-wife from a dangerous psychiatric patient, and Danny and his neighbor size each other up when they learn their kids are dating.

Alicia and Will each represent one-half of a couple accused of smuggling drugs, but the courtroom becomes mired in confusion and legal technicalities when they insist on separate jury pools. Meanwhile, Cary attempts to woo a Lockhart/Gardner client, Kalinda tries to repair a damaged relationship and Marilyn begins her investigation into possible voter fraud during the gubernatorial election. Victor Garber and Tom Skerritt guest star.
