Michael Genet
Michael Genet was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Genet started off his acting career mostly in film roles, appearing in the Cesar Romero action film "Simple Justice" (1989), the Harrison Ford dramatic adaptation "Presumed Innocent" (1990) and the comedy "One Fine Day" (1996) with Michelle Pfeiffer. He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "New York Undercover" (Fox, 1994-98). He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Hallelujah" (PBS, 1993-94) and "The Forget-Me-Not Murders" (CBS, 1993-94). He kept working in film throughout the nineties and the early 2000s, starring in "25th Hour" (2002) and the comedy "She Hate Me" (2004) with Anthony Mackie. He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). Most recently, Genet acted on "The Mysteries of Laura" (NBC, 2014-16).
