Michael Emanuel
Michael Emanuel was an actor who starred in a number of impressive television shows. Emanuel kickstarted his acting career appearing on various television sitcoms, including "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1996-2003) and "You Wish" (ABC, 1997-98). He also appeared in the TV movie "About Sarah" (CBS, 1998-99). He also was featured in the miniseries "Robin Cook's Invasion" (1996-97). During the early stages of his acting career, Emanuel worked in films like "Outbreak" (1995). Several more television roles followed in the nineties and the early 2000s, including stints on "Malcolm in the Middle" (1999-2006), "Monk" (USA, 2001-09) and "Threat Matrix" (2003-04). He also appeared in "Desperate Housewives" (ABC, 2004-2012). His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Family Plan" (Hallmark Channel, 2004-05). He also landed a role in the miniseries "The 60s" (1998-99). More recently, he tackled roles on "Weeds" (2004-2012), "Everybody Hates Chris" (2005-09) and "The Nine" (ABC, 2006-07). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "Gone, But Not Forgotten" (2005-06). He also appeared in the Marguerite Moreau horror feature "The Uninvited" (2007). Most recently, Emanuel directed "Maneater" (2011).
