Michael Culver
Michael Culver was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also appeared in the TV movie "The Bunker" (CBS, 1980-81). He had a part on the television special "The Devil's Web" (ABC, 1974-75). He also landed roles in movies like "Goodbye, Mr. Chips" (1969) and the Mark Hamill smash hit adventure sequel "The Empire Strikes Back" (1980). In the eighties, Culver devoted his time to various credits, such as "Secret Army" "A Passage to India" (1984) starring Judy Davis and "Agatha Christie's Miss Marple, Series I" (PBS, 1985). He also worked on "The Return of Sherlock Holmes, Series I" (PBS, 1986). Culver focused on television in more recent years, appearing on "The House of Eliott" (1992) and "Murder City" (ITV 1, 2005-07). Additionally, he could be seen on a variety of television specials like "Cadfael 2" (1996-97), "Cadfael 3" (PBS, 1997-98) and "Cadfael 4" (PBS, 1998-99). Culver most recently acted on "Wallander" (PBS, 2008-2013).
