Michael Cram
Michael Cram is a Canadian-born TV and film actor best known for his role as combat expert Kevin "Wordy" Wordsworth on the popular police drama series "Flashpoint." The Ontario-born Cram earned his degree in economics from Carleton University before pursuing dramatic arts at Toronto's William Davis Centre for Actors Study. After minor roles in feature films and TV shows, in 2004 Cram earned recognition for a small part on the Canadian drama series "The Eleventh Hour," a behind the scenes show set at a failing television newsmagazine whose reporters are fighting pressure to move into a more tabloid-like direction. Cram then appeared in several made-for-TV films and on the hit Canadian-made science fiction hit "Stargate: Atlantis" before securing his big break as a series regular on the Canadian police procedural drama "Flashpoint." Unlike almost all Canadian-produced series that also air on network televsion in the United States, this series is explictly set in the Canadian city of Toronto, Ontario.
