Melody Thomas Scott
At age 15, Melody Thomas Scott began her entertainment career as an actress. Scott started her acting career landing roles in such films as "The Beguiled" (1971) with Clint Eastwood, the action film "Dirty Harry" (1971) with Clint Eastwood and "Posse" (1975). She also appeared in the John Wayne drama "The Shootist" (1976). She was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for "The Young and the Restless" in 1998. In the eighties and the nineties, Scott devoted her time to various credits, such as "The 16th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards" (NBC, 1988-89), "Soap Opera Awards" (NBC, 1989-1990) and "Soap Opera Digest Awards" (NBC, 1991-92). She also worked on "The Ninth Annual Soap Opera Awards" (NBC, 1992-93). Additionally, she appeared on the television special "Fall in Love With a Stranger" (ION Television Network, 1998-99). She held additional roles in television including a part on "To Tell the Truth" (2000-02). She also appeared in the drama "Broken Windows" (2009) with Larisa Oleynik. Most recently, Scott acted on "The Crazy Ones" (CBS, 2013-14).
