Megan Byrne
Actress Megan Byrne has appeared in theater productions around the United States and has also been featured in numerous films and television shows. Following a 2001 walk-on appearance on an episode of the sitcom "Ed," Byrne won her first recurring role as Myra Camp on the long-running New York City-based crime series "Law & Order." During her stint on the procedural drama, Byrne also appeared in a supporting part in the 2003 independent film "Fighting Irish," another NYC-set production. Byrne went on to a guest spot on "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and was briefly featured as a nurse in the acclaimed 2007 crime drama "Before the Devil Knows You're Dead," the last film by lauded director Sidney Lumet. In 2008, Byrne had a particularly busy year, with a role in the pilot of the proposed drama series "The Prince of Motor City," which wasn't picked up for a full season. She also had a brief guest stint on the soap opera "All My Children" and appeared in the fantastical feature comedy "Ghost Town," starring Ricky Gervais and Greg Kinnear, playing the adult daughter of a character portrayed by screen veteran Dana Ivey. After a small part in the little-seen romantic comedy "The Rebound," Byrne made a brief appearance in the cooking-themed comedy/drama "Julie & Julia" and was featured in an episode of the irreverent medical series "Nurse Jackie," where she played an eccentric patient.
