Matt Bushell
Burly character actor Matt Bushell specializes in playing heavies both good and bad. Though he occasionally found small roles in low-budget films after he began his acting career, Bushell worked primarily in television, playing guest roles on popular procedural dramas such as "NCIS," "Bones," "Criminal Minds" and "CSI: NY." In 2008, he scored his highest-profile role to date as minor-league baseball player Phil Dwyer, the stepfather of heroine Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) in the phenomenally successful film of Stephenie Meyer's teen fantasy "Twilight." He later co-starred in the short-lived television drama "Look." Returning briefly to vampire territory, he appeared in a 2012 episode of "True Blood."
