Sam Beckett (Scott Bakula) leaps into 18-year-old Cadet Commander Tommy York, a brilliant student at Prescott Naval Academy and their star sprinter. Sam (Scott Bakula) must save Tommy's career and the life of Phillip Ashcroft, Tommy's ex-roommate, who has been run out of the Academy by a "gay bashing" clique.
