Unfortunately, George triggers an argument between the brothers and must soon choose sides. After the owners decide not to split the company, a tragedy involving their airplane parts threatens the future of the company. Meanwhile, George and Angie teach Carmen about values when she tries to fit in with her rich friends at private school.
