The BAU is summoned to Indiana by local authorities when a serial arsonist threatens the residents of Royal by setting fire to community meeting places that kills many people.

After Sue wins a family trip to New York, Murphy's Law goes into full effect and it's anything but a smooth flight, when the Hecks board a plane and fly to the Big Apple.

Elliot still doesn't have a place to live. J.D. think he's lost his mojo when he can't even kiss the giftshop girl while they go out on a date. Turk and Carla are having romance problems, because she feels he's not being as generous to her as she is to him. And Dr. Cox freaks out when he lets Jordan move in to his place due to her pregnancy.

When Joy (Jaime Pressly) needs a restraining order lifted in order to improve her image for an upcoming trial, Earl (Jason Lee) decides to confront number 12 on his list - "Made a Lady Think I was God." In a mean-spirited attempt to have the manager of their trailer park, Millie Banks (guest star Roseanne Barr, "Roseanne") stop harassing them, Earl disguises himself as the voice of God and fools Millie into obeying his absurd commands. As Earl tries to erase Millie off his list, he finds that the once shrewd trailer park manager is gone and has transformed for the better. Eddie Steeples, Ethan Suplee, and Nadine Velazquez also star.

Grace (Debra Messing) has a surprise reunion with Val (guest star Molly Shannon) as she attempts to steal doughnuts at an AA meeting. She gets hooked on AA meetings for free therapy and food and Val and Karen (Megan Mullally) have a confrontation which leads to Grace's exposure as a fraud. Meanwhile, Will (Eric McCormack) and Jack (Sean Hayes) attend a gay television focus group, only to have Will kicked out and Jack hired as VP of New Programming. Shelly Morrison also stars.
