Madan Puri

Madan Puri was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Puri found his beginnings in film with roles in the foreign "Kohra" (1964) with Biswajeet, the foreign "Ittefaq" (1969) with Rajesh Khanna and "Daag" (1973). Puri made film his next project, appearing in the Amitabh Bachchan foreign "Majboor" (1974), "Dharmatma" (1975) with Prem Nath and the drama "Noorie" (1979) with Farooque Shaikh. He also appeared in the foreign "Nakhuda" (1981) with Rajkiran and the Shashi Kapoor drama "Sawaal" (1982). More recently, Puri worked on "The Darjeeling Limited" (2007) with Jason Schwartzman.
