Lorraine Pilkington
Lorraine Pilkington started her acting career at the age of 16. Pilkington's early roles were in dramas like the Beverly D'Angelo film "The Miracle" (1991), "All Things Bright and Beautiful" (1994) and "Gold In the Streets" (1997) with Ian Hart and James Belushi. She also appeared in the Daniel Day-Lewis film "The Boxer" (1997). She also appeared in the TV movie "Barbara Taylor Bradford's "Her Own Rules"" (CBS, 1998-99). She continued to act in productions like "Last of the High Kings" (1998) with Catherine O'Hara, the Donal McCann drama "The Nephew" (1998) and "Breathtaking" (2000). She also appeared in "Human Traffic" (2000). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Monarch of the Glen" (BBC Scotland, 1999-2006). In her more recent career, she tackled roles in the Luke Griffin dramatic adaptation "The Disappearance of Finbar" (2000), the crime flick "My Kingdom" (2002) with Richard Harris and "Conejo en la Luna" (2004). She also was featured in the TV movie "After Thomas" (BBC, 2006-07). Most recently, Pilkington acted in "In a Day" (2007).
