Lillian Elliott

Lillian Elliott was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Elliott began her acting career appearing in various films, such as "The City" (1926), "Her Wedding Night" (1930) and the adaptation "Liliom" (1930) with Charles Farrell. She also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Broken Lullaby" (1932) with Lionel Barrymore. She continued to work steadily in film throughout the thirties, appearing in "Evenings for Sale" (1932), "Alias Mary Dow" (1935) and "Wanted By the Police" (1938). In the latter half of her career, she tackled roles in "Boys' Reformatory" (1939), "Heroes in Blue" (1939) and "Irish Luck" (1939). Elliott more recently acted in "Chasing Trouble" (1940). Elliott passed away in January 1959 at the age of 85.
