When an article about the sexual exploits of the staff at The Inn runs in a local New York magazine, Rhonda addresses her unruly staff's promiscuous behavior. Neal is singled out by the staff as being the main perpetrator of hooking up while on the job, and he tries to be on his best behavior despite some very enticing distractions. However, Rhonda finds she may need to heed her own advice as an unexpected love interest at work makes his interest known. Meanwhile, Gus helps Larry get his mojo back, and Molly gives Nicole advice on her modeling career.

When Neal decides to hang a life-sized birdcage in the bar of The Inn to put his top notch female staff on display, Rhonda warns him that his little stunt may be against hotel policy.
