Someone is murdering the citizens of Demeter City and selling the vital organs to a physician for organ transplants. Lieutenant Brogan (Ted Shackelford) races against the clock to solve the mystery—unaware that he’s about to become on of the donors.

Officers Brogan (Ted Shackelford), Haldane (Rob Youngblood) and Castle (Simone Bendix) try to stop an invasion by the Omera, a brutal nomadic race who are injecting Demeter City’s canine population with a serum that turns them into deadly killers.

A vampire-like entity from another era returns to Demeter City, where it inhabits the body of a hard-bitten cop (Rolf Saxon) with whom Brogan (Ted Shackelford) and Haldane (Rob Youngblood) must investigate a series of strange and vicious murders.

Sgt. Fredo’s (David Quilter) daughter is possessed by nightmarish visions of a serial slasher. The little girl’s nightmares prove all too real however, when the killer turns out to be a cop who works with her dad in the 88th Precinct!

Lieutenant Brogan (Ted Shackelford) and Officer Haldane (Rob Youngblood) investigate a respectable pharmaceutical company that is secretly manufacturing an illegal substance. The curious blue fluid causes its users to explode and then vaporize.
