Lawrence Bayne
Canadian actor Lawrence Bayne is best known to TV audiences as the villainous Victor Pearson on the Discovery Kids sci-fi series "Strange Days at Blake Holsey High." Bayne, a native of Toronto, Ontario, began his career as a music video and radio voice actor. With his bald head and threatening countenance, Bayne began earning small character parts as criminals, ne'er-do-wells, and mad scientists. After regular voice work for the animated series "X-Men" and "Mythic Warriors: Guardians of the Legend," the actor earned his first major live-action role as Section One operative Davenport on the Canadian TV adaptation of Luc Besson's action film classic "La Femme Nikita." Not inclined to break from type, Bayne went on to play evil scientist Dr. Hypnoto on the Disney Channel series "The Famous Jett Jackson" and was later cast in a similar mold to play the wicked Victor Pearson on "Strange Days at Blake Holsey High."
