Laurie Davidson
Laurie Davidson cultivated his passion for acting throughout his childhood and teen years in London, England, ultimately going on to pursue the craft properly via an education at the esteemed London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. During his tenure at the institution, Davidson performed in a variety of productions, including several adaptations of William Shakespeare plays. Included among the lot: Hamlet, Coriolanus, and The Winter's Tale. Alongside his studies at LAMDA, Davidson sought professional film and television roles, making his screen debut with a bit part in the fantastical teen dramedy movie "Vampire Academy" (2014). Just before graduation in July of 2016, Davidson landed the lead in a Shakespeare biography series titled "Will" (TNT 2017-). Davidson was cast to portray William Shakespeare in the early, rocky stages of his adult life, before the discovery of his creative prowess.
