Lauren Holt

Lauren Holt is a house performer at the Upright Citizen's Brigade (UCB) theater. She currently performs on the sketch comedy UCB Maude Team, The Audacity and she was on the UCB Character Team, Characters Welcome in 2018. She is a founding member of the UCB musical improv troupe, The Pickup. Lauren recently starred as Barb in Stranger Things: The Musical at The Hudson Theater. She stars in the short film, Parent Teacher Conference, for which she received a Best Actress nomination at the Atlanta Comedy Film Festival. Lauren also appears in the short film, Keep Calm and Tampon alongside Lennon Parham and Laura Silverman, and she was featured in Lady Gaga's music video Til It Happens To You, directed by Catherine Hardwicke. Lauren is from Charlotte, North Carolina and is based in Los Angeles, California.
