Larry Mitchell
Actor Larry Mitchell was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. Mitchell began his acting career with roles in the series "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1999-), "Third Watch" (NBC, 1999-2005) and "Without A Trace" (CBS, 2002-09). He also worked in film during these years, including roles in "Moffat County" (1995). Several more television roles followed in the early 2000s and the 2010s, including stints on "Hope & Faith" (2003-06), "Queens Supreme" (CBS, 2003) and "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-). Following that project, he acted on the silver screen, including roles in the Leonardo DiCaprio hit action picture "The Departed" (2006), the Denzel Washington hit crime drama "American Gangster" (2007) and "Staten Island" (2009) with Ethan Hawke. More recently, he tackled roles on "Person of Interest" (2011-16), "Unforgettable" (2011-16) and "Elementary" (CBS, 2012-). He also appeared in "Hostages" (CBS, 2013-14) and "The Mysteries of Laura" (NBC, 2014-16). He also appeared in the Karl Jacob drama "Pollywogs" (2013). Most recently, Mitchell acted on "The Detour" (TBS, 2016-).
